How to release the past and manage your mind!


We all have problems with old memories that still buzz around our heads from time to time. You know what I'm talking about, you get cut up by some asshole in traffic or have an argument with someone at work. Hours later day later or even months later it's still there and still making you angry!

How can we stop this? Well it's quite easy, all you have to do is learn to operate your brain more efficiently! So lets start now!

1. Picture the time when you had an argument or whatever the bad memory you want to get rid of is.

2. Run through it in your mind.

3.When you get to the end, run it backwards so it's like rewinding a vcr. When you see yourself going backwards and the other person in reverse add some funny music to it, like the Benny Hill theme.

4.You could even make the other person look silly, dress them up in a dress, make them have a long nose and shrink them down.

5. Practice doing this a few times, then send the image off into the distance and when it's nearly out of site. Stop it and fade it out and flick it over so it falls flat!

You can do this with any memories that you don't want or need anything troublesome. It's great and all it requires is a little practice and you'll become a natural at managing your mind!

Getting rid of bad memories


Today we have a really simple technique for riding yourself of those memories that you don't want. You know the ones that your mind keeps playing back over and over again! They're simply not helpful and only serve to make you feel bad and restrict you in the future.

Here's the good news! You can get rid of them easily and quickly! Just follow the steps below and practice each and very day and I swear to you, within no time at all you'll notice great changes in your life!

Example: You were told as a child or in your adult life that you were going to amount to nothing by someone!

Ok lets brake this down.... The person who told you this probably isn't much anyway. Telling someone something like this only serves to make this person feel good or better within themselves for a very brief and temporary period of time. So first things first it's not about you! It's about them trying to make themselves feel better!

The cause of this could be many reasons however the more obvious reasons here tend to point towards low self esteem and a poor self image coupled with a lack of self confidence hence them trying to dominate and put you down.

So first and foremost it's not your problem!

So having worked this out we now have to get rid of those haunting and repeating memories! This is quite easy.

1.Run the memory of them talking to you and saying all those nasty things. Run it a few times and see how you feel. I bet you feel bad about it.

2.In your minds eye make that person lok silly, you could mess around with the image, make them have a big nose and green hair. Take it all out of context for example give them some silly clowns clothes and make them talk in a high pitched squeaky voice when they're saying all those bad things.

3.Now have them say all of those things and run it backwards like you're rewinding a video tape make it all go backwards them make it go forwards then backwards and add some silly music to it. Something like the benny hill theme tune. Make everything look and sound silly!

4. Run the memory like this for a few times.

5.Now push that picture off far away so it's a smaller image in the distance. Then freeze it and then white it out so that it's like you're turning up the contrast on the t.v until it all goes white, and you can't see anything.

6. Flick the picture over so it lands flat and you can't see it.

7. Repeat the process a few times.

8. Do it with any memories that you don't want. Eventually when you try to think about these occasions it'll be hard for you to remember them any other way.

Creating a great feeling within through mind power


Another really really easy technique I'm going to reveal to you today if used everyday will bring about great changes in your life!

It's a simple technique and it's very simple to understand why it works. The mind makes associational links with things you've already experienced. For example, you get bitten by a dog, all of a sudden your mind will then associate that dog bite with a fear for all dogs. So you become afraid of all dogs!

So why not reverse this? Do you want to feel good whenever to choose to? Would you like to feel calm and relaxed i that exam? Yes, of course you would!

Creating a deep state of calmness


1. Lie down on your bed feet apart and arms apart. Just relax.

2. Breath deeply for a few minutes relaxing your mind and body.

3.Then think of a time when you felt really calm and relaxed. It could be a nice beach holiday that you took or maybe a day out in the countryside. If you can't think of anything then just imagine what it would feel like to be calm and relaxed without a care in the world.

4.Now run this scenario over n your mind a few times, try to visualize it in big bold pictures with plenty of color. Try to make the sights and sounds as real as you can.

5.When you've got exactly the picture you want and the feeling that you want. You simply gently but firmly breath out slowly and press your thumb and finger together. Repeat this process 10 times in a row.

6. Practice this everyday for two weeks! Then whenever you want to relax just press your thumb and that finger together again whilst breathing out. You should then experience a nice feeling of relaxation and calmness.

The thumb and finger is a trigger. Your mind will eventually associate the two together and you'll feel that feeling that you felt and all the other sensations.

The key to this is practice practice practice! It's a simple thing that works so use it every day!

A very easy technique I'm going to share with you is how you can easily reprogram your own mind in order to create the changes you want within your own life.

Now this technique is so simple you'll be asking yourselves why you haven't been using it before! Or maybe some of you have!

Before we start this it's important that you know what you want out of life. Do you want more health, more wealth, more happiness, more success or more confidence, Well what ever you want, and hay why not have it all! You can start today and get the results that you want fast!

The technique

1. Find out what you want. For this example lets say to feel happier.

2. Come up with a load of pre-supposed questions that you can ask yourself.

3. Example: How much love and happiness am I going to be feeling each and every day in my life?

How many different ways am I going to be constantly finding more love in my life?

What's the best way for me to create more love and happiness in my life?

When you ask your mind presupposed questions like this over and over again day in and day out, your mind will go on a search and find all the ways that you can achieve your goals.

Believe me this is very powerful! So start today and keep going until you get your desired results!
